Product Update: End of Life of StreamServe Version 3x

Dear Valued Customer,

By now you should be aware that after December 31, 2010, StreamServe will no longer be providing either updates or support for StreamServe Version 3x (v3). This letter is to remind you of this fact and to inform you of resources available to you to guide you through the steps to migrate from v3, if you haven’t already done so.

End of Life of StreamServe Version 3x

Since its introduction in June of 2001, v3 has been an integral solution for the business communication and high-volume print production needs for several thousand companies across the globe. Your continued use of v3 demonstrates this point. Since 2003 we have released two new versions including the  dramatically enhanced StreamServe Persuasion.

StreamServe has announced the End of Life (EOL) of v3, effective December 31, 2010. As of this EOL date, StreamServe will discontinue developing and distributing updates of v3 products.

Support Services Following EOL

StreamServe will provide support services for v3 products in accordance with the terms of the agreements through their duration. More importantly, with valid contracts you are entitled to upgrade to a more contemporary version of StreamServe. Migration Path

As noted, there are a number of options available to you as a v3 customer.
